Hard Money Lender San Francisco (the "Site") is a lead-generation service operated by Lead Skills, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We are not a lender. We connect borrowers who submit inquiries through the Site with participating hard money lenders who may be able to provide financing. Because our service involves collecting nonpublic personal information in connection with financial products, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations, including the Privacy Rule and the Safeguards Rule.

4. How We Share Your Information (GLBA Disclosure)

We share the nonpublic personal information you provide in the following ways:

• Participating lenders: When you submit an inquiry, we share your information with one or more participating lenders so they can evaluate and respond to your financing inquiry. These lenders are financial institutions that independently determine whether to offer credit and on what terms. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.
• Service providers: We share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers are contractually limited to using your information for those services.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, subpoenas, court orders, or government requests; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Skills, LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: We may transfer your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your nonpublic personal information.

By submitting a financing inquiry through the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more participating lenders so they can contact you about that inquiry. This authorization is necessary for the service we provide.

If you do not want your information shared with participating lenders, do not submit an inquiry through the Site. If you have already submitted an inquiry and want to opt out of further sharing for marketing purposes, contact us using the information in the Contact section below and we will honor your request to the extent required by law. Please note that we generally cannot recall information already transmitted to a participating lender; any further use of that information by the lender is governed by the lender's own privacy practices.

6. Data Security

Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. Our program includes access controls, encryption in transit for sensitive data, vendor oversight, incident response procedures, and periodic review and testing of our safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Access and correction: You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
• SMS/text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of further SMS communications.
